Simple Fiction – ‘Games’ | New Music

An energetic new release from Simple Fiction.

Simple Fiction are an indie trio on the rise, having supported bands like BLOXX and Vistas in the past and with previous releases like ‘Follow’ and ‘Gray’ gaining them radio support, they are definitely ones to watch.

Their latest release ‘Game’ is taken from their upcoming EP titled ‘Final Days of a Phase’ which is set for release in Spring.

The new track is three and a half minutes of upbeat indie bliss, featuring a catchy chorus and infectious vocals from frontman and lyricist James Evans. Lyrically ‘Game’ is honest and emotive and touches on themes of coping with change. James reflects:

“Lyrically, ‘Games’ is about the personal struggles of adapting to a new and intimidating world. It’s about battling with your own sense of insignificance and the struggle to know where your place is in it all. Whilst the song highlights the difficulties of a relationship, it is more about our relationships with the world around us.”

Alongside the new single is a lyric video. Check it out below for some feelgood vibes to boost your mood for the day.
