Bryony Williams releases her darkest track yet with ‘Dive’
Regdarless of being stuck in lock down, Bryony Williams has persisted to be one of the most productive musicians of 2020. After signing to Beth Shalom records and releasing several amazing tracks including ‘Kockin’ and ‘I Can Be’ Bryony has had a successful year.
This brings us to her latest track ‘Dive’, which is her darkest track to date as you can hear Bryony showcase a different side to her musical direction.
Starting out, you’re greeted with some heavy piano notes and glistening strings – very much setting out the tone for the rest of the track. The vocals are delivered with intent and are carefully measured. Compared to her previous releases, you woudn’t be stupid to assume that it’s two different artists, but this goes to show the range of emotion and performance Bryony is able to achieve – conveying true talent.
You may sit there waiting for a huge crescendo to see out the whole song, but it never comes – which is perfect. The pace remains slow and stalking, only heightening the atmosphere of the track.
We’ve always support Bryony and her amazing music, and this is another installment of why she deserves increased attention. Clearly, we’ve only just scratched the surface of what Bryony is capable of as a musician and we can’t wait to hear what’s next.
