Odd Morris release new track ‘Your Four Walls’

As the end of the summer comes round and the skies fill with thunder to part the skies and clear the tension in the air , the pounding driving drums of Odd Morris new single Your Four Walls mimic the storm outside my window.

The Dublin 4 piece are a new find for me and have been quickly slotted into my driving playlist! They have been hailed in the past by BBCs Steve Lamacq and fellow post punks The Murder Capital and it so easy to see why.

The track  (which is insanely self produced by the group’s bassist Ciaran Mccarthy) is filled with crashing drums and guitar fuelled by attitude and angst and almost a sense of urgency that calls you to attention. The monotony of lead singer Daragh Griffin is haunting and sits perfectly amongst the storm.

The 4 piece head on a UK tour next March which will see them visiting:

Glasgow Hug & Pint 23rd March
Manchester Gullivers 24th March
London Sebrights Arms 25th March
Liverpool Jimmys 26th March
Dublin Workmans 27th March
